EtherTech’s Help Desk is the entry point for Technical support requests.

The ‘Share my Screen’ image below is used when directed by our technical support team that they need to perform some remote access to your computer to perform a repair or show you how to do something you have requested.

If you wish to log a ticket you can do so below, or simply email support@ethertech.com.au which will automatically generate the Ticket ID# and assign resources to address your request.
